The Body as the First Door
Traditional Asana, mobility, stability, Shatkarma, Mudra and Bandha — preparing the body for deeper inner practice.

A living academy of Yoga, Tantra, healing, awakening and Self-Knowledge — rooted in the spiritual traditions of India, explained for the modern seeker.
Asana · Pranayama · Prana · Nadi · Mantra · Dhyana · Tantra · Kundalini · Healing · Atma Jnana
Enter the AcademyToday, Yoga is often reduced to posture, flexibility and movement. But the traditional path goes much deeper.
The body is only the beginning. It prepares the breath. The breath steadies the mind. The mind, once quiet, can begin to observe itself.
Asana is the beginning of the journey, not the destination.
Different traditions of Yoga, Tantra and Vedanta describe the inner path in different ways. The Academy studies each dimension in its own context.
Traditional Asana, mobility, stability, Shatkarma, Mudra and Bandha — preparing the body for deeper inner practice.
Pranayama, Pancha Prana, Ida, Pingala, Sushumna, Nadi and traditional frameworks of vital energy.
Japa, Sanskrit sound, Bija Mantra, Om, Nada and Mantra Sadhana.
Pratyahara, Dharana, Dhyana, witnessing and inner stillness.
Yogic approaches to Pranic balance, emotional patterns, Samskara, meditation, mantra and supportive Ayurvedic principles.
Shiva-Shakti, Chakra, Nadi, Granthi, Mantra, Yantra and subtle-body teachings.
Traditional teachings around Kundalini, Sushumna, Chakra, preparation and spiritual discernment.
Modern spiritual ideas explored through Yogic and Tantric frameworks, without claiming false equivalence.
Who Am I? Every other dimension of the Academy eventually points here — toward the one who is aware of all of it.
The curriculum deepens level by level. Each stage assumes the one before it, so the practice matures rather than accumulates.
The Academy is not about collecting spiritual information. Every teaching moves through a repeatable learning process.
Learn the philosophy, context and traditional framework.
See clear visual representations of Prana, Nadi, Chakra, Kosha, Granthi and the subtle body.
Observe through guided awareness.
Follow Mohit through Asana, Pranayama, Mantra, Meditation and Sadhana.
Svadhyaya, reflection and Self-inquiry.
Bring the teaching into daily life.
A visual exploration of the traditional maps of body, Prana and consciousness — drawn from Hatha, Tantric and Vedantic sources and presented as they were taught.
Traditional subtle-body framework · not physical anatomy
Modern spiritual language often uses terms that sound similar to Yogic and Tantric ideas. The Academy compares them carefully rather than pretending they are automatically identical.
→ Atman? Jiva? Or something different?
→ Sukshma Sharira? Pranamaya Kosha?
→ Nadi
→ Ajna
→ Nadi? Granthi? Samskara? Depends on context.
→ Ahamkara? Not necessarily identical.
→ Sankalpa · Karma · Iccha Shakti
→ Awakening? Kundalini? Samadhi? Moksha? These are not automatically the same.
In the Yogic view, healing is not an event performed upon you. It is a gradual return to balance across several dimensions of your being, supported by steady practice and honest observation.
The positioning is balance, awareness, restoration, Sadhana and inner integration. No disease-cure claims are made, and no medical outcomes are promised.

Mohit is the central teacher of the Academy. His path includes traditional Hatha Yoga, Pranayama, meditation, Mantra, Advaita and Atma Jnana.
His teaching is rooted in practice, and in the guidance and training he has received through his Guru and lineage. He approaches Yoga as one integrated path.

Student Reflections
These are reflections from students who completed the twenty-week path. They describe their own experience in their own words.
"I came looking for a workout and left with a relationship to my own breath. I had no idea how little I had been breathing."

"The academy never promised enlightenment. It just kept pointing me back to what was already here. That honesty was the real teaching."

"After twenty years of off-and-on yoga, this was the first time someone explained why we do any of it. The path finally made sense."

You do not need years of meditation experience.
You do not need to understand Kundalini, Chakra or Tantra.
You begin where you are. With the body. With the breath. With attention.
With a little time each day. Then the path gradually opens.
Everything here moves in one direction — inward, toward discovering what has always been present.
